Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care. Whether it’s lower back, mid-back, or upper back, whether it’s sharp or achy, recent or longstanding, you deserve relief. The spine supports your whole body, so when one piece is out of alignment or under stress, your whole system can suffer. You don’t need to accept back pain as “just part of life”.
We evaluate your history (how pain started, trauma, posture, repetitive movements, sedentary behaviour), physical exam (mobility, alignment, core strength, nerve signs), posture analysis and if required we refer or review imaging to check discs, joints and other structures.
Our back pain rehabilitation includes:
Spinal adjustments to restore proper movement and reduce irritation of spinal joints.
Soft-tissue work and muscle activation to correct muscle imbalances, stiffness and compensation.
Core-strengthening and movement rehabilitation: training you how to move, how to lift, how to sit, how to engage your back and core correctly.
Lifestyle & ergonomic guidance: desk setup, proper lifting, movement breaks, healthy sleep posture, activity modification.
Back pain treatment often focuses only on “doing the adjustment and sending you home.” We integrate structural correction, movement education, habit change, follow-up and support so you get sustained results.
After your assessment we’ll map out your care plan. Early phase: frequent visits (1-2 per week) until pain subsides and mobility improves. Mid phase: fewer visits with more self-care and strength work.
Maintenance phase: periodic check-ups to ensure your spine stays healthy. Many patients feel meaningful improvement within 3-4 weeks.
